When an organization has a large sales win, it often must recruit and hire a team of people quickly to meet the needs of the project. This tool provides a step by step procedure to effectively fill the needs of a large program win.

Placing ads online and in professional journals may not be enough to attract the candidate that best meets your needs. This guide helps to determine where your organization may best find candidates.

When reading and evaluating resumes, use this tip sheet to select the right candidates more quickly and effectively.

This exercise prompts participants to discuss and write down 1) the key areas they would look for on a resume and 2) the qualifications and yellow flags on sample resumes (use the sample resumes  available here, or your own).

This exercise recommended for the workshop involves evaluating two resumes for the same position. These samples are specific to a particular job, but can be easily customized to fit any position.

These case studies help workshop participants determine the best actions to take based on circumstances. The exercise is scalable for small or large group discussions.
