Lauren Porter

Director of Operations

Lauren is an experienced operations manager and communications specialist with over 10 years’ professional experience. Previous to joining The Employee Engagement Group, Lauren has spent time in the healthcare and government industries. In her previous position, she worked at a healthcare non-profit managing a variety of performance measurement and quality improvement projects. Lauren brings her project management and communications skills – as well as her passion for helping people work together better – to The Employee Engagement Group.

Lauren received her BA in political science and policy studies from Syracuse University and her Master’s in Public Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. She has a passion for travel and experiencing new culture, and loves gardening in her little backyard.
