We have all heard that empathy consists of skills that divide good leaders from great leaders. Because one’s engagement is often predicted by what happens after work, great leaders know that they must engage the whole person. The saying of “leave your feelings at the door” is in the past.

Module 3: Leading the Generations
There are currently 4 different generations in the workforce – Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and the emerging Gen Z. With each generation having different strengths and challenges, managers need to know what these are and how to best utilize them to build a more collaborative and innovative team.
In this hands-on eLearning course, participants will:

Module 4: Managing Remote Teams
COVID-19 has dramatically changed the ‘work from home’ landscape. What had been an exception over the past 10 years, has become the norm. Are your managers equipped to lead and engage a remote workforce? Are they equipped to oversee a blended workforce with some employees continuing to work ‘in the office’, others coming in a few days a week, and others 100% remote?
In this hands-on eLearning course, participants will:

- Grasp the benefits and challenges for the manager who is overseeing remote employees

Module 5: Leading and Engaging Diverse Teams
In times of social unrest, diversity, equity, and inclusion matters must become a priority for organizations. Managers need to understand the importance of building, developing, and engaging a diverse workforce. You will do this by exploring the impact of unconscious bias and how your attitudes and behaviors can affect your team.
In this hands-on eLearning course, participants will:
- Why diversity, equity, and inclusion matter
- Key diversity and inclusion dimensions and concepts
- What it takes to be an inclusive leader
- The impact of unconscious bias and privilege
