Indra Nooyi has been the CEO of PepsiCo since 2006. Nooyi helped to craft their core value systems, “Performance with Purpose”. She explains, “All corporations operate with from a license with society..we owe society a duty of care.” To reinforce their values, Nooyi leverages social media to submit grant proposals, aid animal shelters, provide mental health services, donate funds to the Gulf and other vital humanitarian projects.
“Brands have to speak to millenniums; young people want to make a difference” says Nooyi.
