Turn Your Employees into Social Media Ambassadors

The number of employees that leverage social media tools such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn has grown tremendously over the past couple of years.  Companies benefit from this in many ways, but notably brand management is one of them.  What better way to brand your company’s vision and strategy than having your employees promote it for you?

As McAbee points out, If a company employs intelligent, happy and satisfied people, then that adds to an overall competent workforce and positive reflection of the corporate brand.  Below are 5 tips for companies as how to best create powerful brand ambassadors:
