Tammy Jordan joins The Employee Engagement Group

October 1, 2014 – Woburn MA – Tammy Jordan joins The Employee Engagement Group

The Employee Engagement Group is pleased to introduce Tammy Jordan as Vice President of Consulting. Tammy will oversee our consulting practices, while lending organizational development and leadership consulting support to current and emerging clients.   Tammy will also work closely with our team of organizational development professionals to further build and support our growing coaching, diversity, surveys, workshop, speaking, and facilitation services. “We’re ecstatic to attract someone of Tammy’s caliber to our team. Her specific industry experience in health care, hospitality, and non-profit, will dovetail nicely with our growing portfolio of diverse industry sectors. I’m particularly excited to leverage Tammy’s interests and experience working with diversity and women in leadership”, says Bob Kelleher, President and Founder of The Employee Engagement Group.

Tammy Jordan has over 15 years of experience in the organizational development, training and coaching fields. Her most recently held positions included Director of Employee Development for a growing hospitality company and Director of Development and Strategic Planning for a home health care organization, where she was voted Manager of the Year in 2010. Tammy also owned her own consultancy, Leader Consulting Group, a boutique organizational development and leadership consulting firm. One of Leader Consulting Group’s most successful programs was the Women In Leadership Roundtable Series which brought like-minded women professionals in non-competing industries together to discuss leadership topics from a women’s perspective.

In addition to her consulting, training and coaching work, Tammy enjoys researching and writing about women’s leadership topics. Her most recent large-scale research project examined gender differences in Core Self Evaluations. Tammy has extensive experience in multiple assessments and specializes in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and is certified in DiSC.

Tammy is a passionate volunteer. She has served on multiple boards of directors and co-founded a nonprofit in 2006. She particularly enjoys volunteering her time to organizations that empower girls and women. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women.

Tammy holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Human Relations and Work from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH and a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
