Sandy Pipitone
Sandy is Vice President of Organization Effectiveness at The Employee Engagement Group and is a seasoned leadership and organization development expert. She brings over twenty years of experience in training and coaching leaders to develop their leadership skills, deliver stronger results, and increase their leadership impact.
Sandy is highly skilled at developing high performing teams and organizations. She has partnered with senior leaders across different industries to develop and implement strategies to improve organizational alignment and culture leading to stronger business results. Sandy has a proven track record of identifying organizational obstacles and opportunities, designing high impact plans and interventions, and leading the successful implementation of those plans.
Her specific areas of expertise and interest include organizational alignment, employee engagement, talent management & succession planning, organization design, executive coaching, culture change, and leadership team development.
Sandy has held leadership positions in Organization Effectiveness and Talent Management at a number of companies including Fidelity Investments, Colgate-Palmolive, The TJX Companies, Nuvera Fuel Cells (a subsidiary of Hess Oil) and at several smaller companies that span the technology, software, and healthcare industries. Most recently, she was VP of Organization Development at a software company where she helped lead the transformation of the company culture.
Sandy is an expert facilitator, a masterful trainer and coach, and a sought-after leader in her field. She is certified in EQi (Emotional Intelligence), the MBTi, DISC, Situational Leadership, and a number of well-known 360 assessment instruments.
Sandy has a B.S. in Business from The State University of New York, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Boston University. Originally from New York, she now resides in Southborough, MA with her family. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys hiking, travel, and being on the water.
