Sandy Pipitone Joins The Employee Engagement Group

The Employee Engagement Group is pleased to introduce Sandy Pipitone as Vice President of Organization Effectiveness and Engagement. Sandy will be running the company’s Client Partnership Program, which provides monthly on-site organizational development support to client leadership teams and senior human resources staff. Sandy will also be leading the group’s leadership coaching practice, as well as supporting its fastest-growing business line, the 10 Steps of Engagement Employee Engagement Survey. Additionally, she will be a lead workshop facilitator for the full suite of high-impact workshops The Employee Engagement Group offers, and a senior facilitator for strategic client meetings.

Sandy comes to The Employee Engagement Group with over 20 years of business experience in the organizational development and human resource field, and most recently held the position of VP, Organization Development at a global software company, where she significantly improved employee engagement scores in just over one year by designing and implementing targeted plans.
Previously, Sandy was the global head of HR and a key member of the executive team at Nuvera Fuel Cells, a division of Hess Oil that focuses on alternative energy. She has also held leadership positions in Training and Organization Development at Fidelity Investments, Colgate-Palmolive Company, and The TJX Companies.
Sandy is certified in the MBTI, DiSC, EQi2 (Emotional Intelligence), Situational Leadership II, and a host of other leadership tools and 360 feedback assessments. She is a gifted facilitator, a masterful coach, and a highly skilled consultant. Sandy is a member of several Human Resources professional associations in the Boston area.
