Leadership is SO Yesterday

By EEngagement

Bob Kelleher has just released, Creativeship, A Novel for Evolving Leaders. This ‘fable’ is the journey of recently retired fictitious, main character, Joe Daniels. En-route to his retirement party, accompanied by his Generation Y daughter, Heather, Joe has an epiphany that his – definition of “Leadership” won’t work in the new economy. His retirement party triggers a series of career flashbacks, leading Joe to conclude that Creativeship is the new leadership, one that includes 6 interdependent pillars – Purpose, Engagement, Performance, Innovation, Tri-Branding, and Global Growth.

Creativeship is a signature keynote of Bob Kelleher, a Novel and an Event. To Learn More about the New England book launch, in partnership with SilkRoad technology, Click Here.
