Kevin J. Sensenig, Ph.D., RODP
Kevin J. Sensenig, Ph.D. has over 25 years of experience in management, leadership, education and training for businesses. His background includes both middle and senior level leadership roles along with training, coaching, group facilitation and speaking experience with groups of all sizes. His strength lies in listening, synthesizing information and helping individuals use the best from within themselves to deliver outstanding results. He is certified in the HBDI, Hogan Assessments, Dale Carnegie Training and John Maxwell training, coaching and speaking.
Kevin brings a rich background of experience and knowledge to The Employee Engagement Group. Kevin served as Vice President of Learning and Development with Herrmann International; Global Vice-President of Learning and Organizational Development with Dale Carnegie and Associates; Chief Business Officer at NPC, Inc; and Director of Product Readiness and Delivery at Delta Health Systems.
Kevin is a member of the Organization Development Institute (ODI) where he is a Registered Organization Development Professional (RODP), the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Epsilon Delta Epsilon, Delta Pi Epsilon, and Phi Kappa Phi. He co-edited The Sourcebook for Self-Directed Learning with Dr. William J. Rothwell that was published by HRD Press. He served as Chair of the Southern Allegheny Workforce Investment Board. Kevin also served on the Boards of Directors for Penn-Mont Academy and the PAIN Foundation of Western Pennsylvania. He is currently the President of the Hollidaysburg Youth Football Association (for players in the 4th through 6th grade) and the Golden Tiger Football Association (for players in 7th through 12th grade). These positions have allowed him to lead an effort to create a new culture for football in the community.
