The Employee Engagement Group is pleased to introduce Kaitlyn Carr as their newest team member as an Organizational Development Specialist. Kaitlyn will assist clients in all facets of organizational effectiveness including employee engagement surveys, leadership and engagement workshops, employee engagement certifications, and client support and administration. In addition, Kaitlyn will lead the firm’s social media promotion and outreach. “We’re thrilled to have Kaitlyn on board. Kaitlyn received her BS in Psychology and MBA from Endicott College in Beverly, MA.
