The Employment Engagement Group (TEEG), Waltham Massachusetts, announced that John Konselman has joined the company as Vice President. According to CEO, Bob Kelleher, “I’m delighted to have John re-join me and join The Employee Engagement Group. Having previously worked with John, I know his organizational development expertise is second to none. Our clients will soon see that he is one of the most dedicated and committed individuals you’ll ever meet. Additionally, John’s sense of humor and personal values will immediately endear him to both our employees and clients.”
John brings over 25 years of leadership and organizational development experience to The Employee Engagement Group, including his most recent position as Director of Organizational Development and Training at AECOM, a Fortune 500 global professional services firm. John was also the architect of ENSR’s Corporate University, and helped lay the foundation for ENSR’s award winning employee engagement culture as he designed and developed many of ENSR’s engagement initiatives. A natural teacher, John has taught at the University of New Hampshire and Northern Essex Community College.
