Building A High Performing and Aligned Team
Overview
This dynamic 1 to 1 ½ day workshop is ideal for leadership teams that have been recently formed; have new members; have a new leader; and / or are not yet functioning at a high level. We use a variety of tools and confidential assessments to establish the current state of the leadership team, as well as the current state of the individuals within the team. We then build group consensus on the desired state of the team and collaboratively build a plan to leverage strengths and eliminate obstacles. Tools used include the Great Ten Team Assessment, a SWOT analysis, the Strength Deployment Inventory, and various other interactive and dynamic activities. The workshops work product includes a detailed High Performing Action Plan – signed off my all members of the team.
