High Impact Teaming (HIT)
Overview
This 1.5 day highly interactive workshop focuses on business performance improvement and is ideal for a business or team in need of a turnaround, just to be re-energized, or a business that needs to maintain high performance . Through interactive exercises, group discussions, and active participation, the participants will identify the current state (“Where are we now?”), the end state (“Where do we need to be?”), and the opportunity areas (“How do we get there?”).
This workshop is designed to meet your business needs and includes an online self-evaluation of the Leadership Team. It results in an action plan that provides next steps and guidance for making the improvements that are most important to the organization.
