Grace Nowak

Grace Nowak actively pursues knowledge in business and organizational development. She has always believed that community is one of the most important aspects to life. In her work with the Employee Engagement Group Grace is able to bring passion and work together to help create materials that communicate the power of relationships.

After she graduated from high school in California, Grace moved to Colorado Springs to work, learn, and experience life away from home. While there she learned how to have a healthy work-life balance and appreciate educational resources that allowed her to understand the complexities of life. Before Grace moved to Boston she worked in a home for troubled youth. Faced with many physical and emotional challenges she developed strong characteristics that enabled her to maturely process the trials of life while maintaining a sense of humor.

Grace enjoys doing almost anything out-doors, from riding horses to scuba diving. She grew up in wine country and loves to explore the globe any chance she can get. She will be graduating from Gordon College this December with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Social Enterprise.
