Organizational Development Specialist

Gabrielle is an enthusiastic and highly driven member of The Employee Engagement Group (TEEG). Prior to joining TEEG, Gabrielle worked in a variety of industries that offered her a wide range of experiences and interactions. Through those experiences, she discovered her talent and passion was in helping others. Her desire to facilitate personal growth combined with her interest in business development has led her towards a career in Organizational Development. Her strong interpersonal and communication skills allow her to be successful in establishing and maintaining professional relationships. In doing so, along with her optimistic and caring approach, she is able to helps others reach their full potential.

Gabrielle received her Bachelors of Arts in Human Development with a Minor in Human Resource Management from Merrimack College where she is also currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Management. When she isn’t busy in the office, Gabrielle enjoys traveling, yoga, and volunteering throughout different parts of Boston. During the summer months, you can find Gabrielle spending the majority of her vacation time on Nantucket and at the Cape.
