Engaging the Generations Workshop
When: Tuesday, March 27, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (7:30 breakfast and check-in)
Where: Forefront Conference Center, Waltham, MA
The Employee Engagement Group, in association with New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA), will deliver its Engaging the Generations workshop. Facilitated by Bob Kelleher, this workshop is a fast-paced, highly interactive day. We will examine the similarities and differences of the four generations and how to engage each for high performance.
- Identify the characteristics, influences, and values of the four generations
- Create strategies for successfully engaging the generations to achieve high performance
- Conduct interviews and provide feedback effectively with different generations
- Address specific scenarios which are common when working with multiple generations
- Correct the misperceptions that can hinder communication and engagement
- Identify and develop ‘star players’ in each group
The workshop will be held at the Forefront Conference Center in Waltham, MA. There’s plenty of free parking, and both breakfast and lunch will be provided. This workshop is approved for SPHR credits.
