The Employee Engagement Group Selected to an Elite Panel of Judges

The Employee Engagement Group was recently selected as one of 12 panelists worldwide to participate in judging submissions for the Takatuf Excellence Award (TEA) in the Middle East.  We join other panelists from companies such as LinkedIn, Hay Group, Aon Hewitt, Franklin Covey, London Business School, and SHRM in evaluating award submissions to determining the entries that best meet the criteria to receive this award.

“It’s an honor to be chosen to judge the entries and work with other industry leaders on this prestigious project”, says Bob Kelleher, CEO of The Employee Engagement Group.  “Being selected by an Oman company speaks to our global reach as thought leaders”.

The Takatuf Excellence Award is designed to recognize excellent performance among Human Resources (HR) and In-country value (ICV) practitioners at Oman Oil Company organizations.  Additionally, the award process will provide educational opportunities, sharing of best practices, and feedback amongst all the Oman Oil Companies.

Award categories include initiatives in and recognition of:

• Compensation and Benefits
• Learning and Development
• Sourcing
• Talent Management
• Employee Relations
• In-country Value

Other initiatives that will be recognized include:

• Best Subject Matter Expert Supporter
• Best Individual In-country Value
• Best Expatriate Coach

Any Oman Oil Company with operations in Oman can submit initiatives implemented within the past 24 months.  Companies can submit for one or multiple award categories.
