Creativeship, A Novel for Evolving Leaders is the journey of recently retired fictitious main character Joe Daniels. En-route to his retirement party, accompanied by his Generation Y daughter, Heather, Joe has an epiphany that his long held definition of “Leadership” won’t work in the new economy. His retirement party triggers a series of career flashbacks, leading Joe to conclude that Creativeship is the new leadership, one that includes 6 interdependent pillars – Purpose, Engagement, Performance, Innovation, Tri-Branding, and Global Growth.
