The Employee Engagement Group would like to congratulate the most recent graduates of the Employee Engagement Specialist Certificate program. This program, consisting of 10 four-hour workshops (one per month), provides participants with in depth knowledge and practice on engagement topics including:
- Engagement at Your Organization
- Creating Your Employer Value Proposition
- Engaging Your First-line Leaders
- Building a Communication Protocol
- Engaging the Generations
- Finding and Selecting Engaged Employees
Our latest group of sixteen graduates included representatives from a variety of industries including financial institutions, manufacturing, health care, engineering, and higher education. As Employee Engagement Specialists, they will continue to provide a high-level of service to their organizations, practice the skills they learned in the workshop sessions, and utilize the many engagement tools they applied during the ten month course.
